This compilation is a showcase of a small but active electronic and industrial scene that came to life under the starch clouds of Aalst (Belgium). Operating from an underground pub “In De Gele Limonade” (The Yellow Lemonade) concerts were planned, and demo’s were exchanged. Shortly after their creation, DJ Attila The Nun (Peter Vercauteren) threw them on the air in his radioshow “The Fall Of Western Civilization” (Radio Katanga). At last these tapes get a second life on vinyl. Exclusive tracks are provided by 2ND CIVILIZATION, ACTS OF WORSHIP/FORGOTTEN HEROES, HET GESTICHT!, INTERZONE, MAN WITHOUT WORLD, PARAHYDROXYBENZOZAS R.33-812 and TRANS-VORM. The tracks by KILLVISION and NEOPRENE GRT come from their debut democassettes that were only distributed amongst their closest friends. Good old cassette tapes were the source of nearly all material on this lp.
